BOCA To Work is an employment network that specializes in working with individuals that would like to further their career and maximize their earning potential in the workforce. We take the time to assess each candidate’s interest and career goals to pair them with a career that best fits them. Additionally, Boca To Work also partners with employers nationwide and evaluates their needs so that we send qualified candidates their way to guarantee that we are meeting their requisition needs.  As an employment network our goal is to provide assistance every step of the way, our services for candidates include new employment opportunities, career planning, extended employment support, etc. For the employers that we have partnered with we provide qualified candidates, job retention support assistance, help companies make sure they are following regulations, etc.

In addition, Boca To Work has a separate business entity where the focus is the Ticket to Work Program. In this program we match individuals with a career that best fits their interest or simply serve as a support system for people who desire career guidance whether they are currently looking for employment or need support in their current career. For the last 20 years this part of BOCA has allowed us to meet the needs of candidates prepared to either return to the workforce and/or those that may need additional and employment support. We are contracted through the Social Security Administration to assist individuals who receive Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and/or Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) through the Ticket to Work Program.
